1. Who we are

Kexon Studio ("Kexon Studio", "we", "us") is a digital design and development studio based in New York, USA. You can contact us at info@kexonstudio.com.

2. Use of the website

The website shows information about our studio, our work and our products. You may browse it for personal and business purposes, but you may not copy its content or design, try to break its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Custom design and development projects are not sold through the website. Each one is quoted and contracted separately under its own written agreement, which governs that project.

3. DayO: license, not a sale

DayO is licensed, not sold. When you buy it, Kexon Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use DayO on the number of computers stated in your purchase.

4. Free trial

You may use DayO for free for 7 days from the first time you open it. After that period you need a valid license key to keep using it.

5. Purchases

Purchases of DayO are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and invoicing. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to the checkout. After paying you receive the installer and your license key by email.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (kexonstudio.com/refund). If you receive a refund, your license is deactivated.

6. What is not allowed

• Copying, distributing, sharing, reselling, renting, lending or sublicensing DayO or your license key.
• Publishing the key or the installer so that others can use DayO without paying.
• Decompiling, disassembling, deobfuscating or reverse engineering DayO, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Modifying DayO or creating derivative works from it.
• Circumventing, disabling or tampering with the activation, the free trial or any other protection measure.
• Removing or hiding copyright notices or trademarks.
• Using DayO for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

DayO, its code, design, interface, texts and logos, the name "DayO", the "Kexon Studio" brand and the content of this website are owned by Kexon Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. © 2026 Kexon Studio. All rights reserved. The license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Your data

Your tasks, name and settings in DayO are stored only on your computer and Kexon Studio does not receive them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy (kexonstudio.com/privacy).

9. Updates

We may release updates that DayO downloads and installs automatically. Updates are part of DayO and are governed by these terms.

10. No warranty

DayO and the website are provided "as is". We do our best to make them work well, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We recommend not using DayO as the only record of important information.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kexon Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of DayO or the website, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

12. Termination

If you breach these terms, your license ends automatically and Kexon Studio may deactivate your key. In that case you must stop using DayO and uninstall it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page and inside DayO (Settings → Terms of use).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
