Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Kexon Studio collects through the website kexonstudio.com and through DayO, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

Kexon Studio, New York, USA. Contact for any privacy matter: info@kexonstudio.com.

2. Website

  • Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to answer you. Form submissions are received through our hosting provider, Netlify.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser). It uses cookies. You can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
  • Hosting: Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and keep it secure.
  • Email and WhatsApp: if you contact us this way, we receive the information you choose to send us.

3. DayO

  • Your tasks, name, settings and error logs are stored only on your computer. Kexon Studio never receives them.
  • License: to activate and check your license, DayO sends your license key and your computer’s name to Lemon Squeezy, our payment and licensing provider.
  • Updates: about once a month DayO checks GitHub, where the installer files are hosted, for a new version. GitHub sees your IP address, as with any download. DayO does not send personal data in this check.
  • Free trial: the date you first opened DayO is stored on your computer, including in the Windows registry, to enforce the 7-day trial.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details; we never see your full card number. We receive your name, email, country and order details to deliver the product, manage your license, give support and handle refunds. Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy also applies to the checkout.

5. How we use your data

  • To deliver DayO, manage licenses and answer support requests.
  • To process refunds and meet our legal and tax obligations.
  • To answer messages sent through the website.
  • To understand and improve the website (aggregated analytics).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@kexonstudio.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK) you may have additional rights, and we will respect them. We will reply within 30 days.

8. Children

The website and DayO are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
