Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of DayO for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

• Write to info@kexonstudio.com with the email you used to buy and your order number, or
• Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

We answer within 2 business days.

3. How it is paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

4. Your license after a refund

When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and DayO will ask for a license the next time it opens with an internet connection. Your tasks stay on your computer.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days purchases are generally not refundable, except for duplicate purchases or if DayO does not work as described and we cannot fix it. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

6. Custom projects

This policy applies to DayO and other software sold on our website. Custom design and development projects are governed by their own written agreement.
